Contributions can be made in any amount up to $500.00 per adult or per corporation and up to $100.00 for children under the age of 18. For any contribution over $100.00, the person must list his or her occupation. Full names and addresses are required for reporting purposes. Additionally, phone numbers and email addresses would be very helpful. Checks should be made to "Angela Corey Campaign".
