On August 26, 2008, our community will vote for a new State Attorney and possibly a new Public Defender.

The D.W. Perkins Bar Association, along with the Jacksonville Branch-NAACP, has organized and sponsored a Candidates' Forum to cover issues related to the State Attorney and Public Defender positions.

All members of the community are invited. It is your opportunity to join in and hear from the candidates who are asking for your vote in the upcoming elections.
